How It Works

1. The operator places the aluminum profile onto the worktable and activates the pneumatic clamps, which secure the workpiece from both vertical and horizontal directions.
2. The desired cutting angle is set using the magnetic scale digital display, and the dual saw blades are positioned accordingly within the ±45° range.
3. The hydro-pneumatic feed system advances the spinning blades into the profile at a controlled rate (0–3 m/min), cutting notches, grooves, or compound angles in a single pass.
4. The CNC system supports CAD graphic import and graphic programming, allowing operators to define notch patterns, hole positions, and slot dimensions directly from design files.
5. The three-axis full servo motor configuration (X, Y, Z axes driven by rack and pinion and ball screws) enables true three-axis linkage for drilling, milling grooves, round holes, special-shaped holes, key holes, and countersinks in one clamping.
