Manufactured by Lebulang Machine, a China-based window and door machinery manufacturer with over 30 years of factory experience. This 8-Spindle CNC Curtain Wall Drilling Machine is built for aluminum curtain wall profiles, window and door profiles, and industrial aluminum sections. Each of the 8 spindles is driven by a 0.75 kW motor, with a maximum drilling diameter of 13 mm and a feed stroke of 125 mm. The machine runs on 380V three-phase power and requires a working air pressure of 0.5–0.8 MPa.
The maximum profile section is 250×250 mm, and the processing length reaches 5000 mm. Minimum hole spacing is 350 mm, with individual working tables sized 300×300 mm. Overall dimensions are 5500×1100×1800 mm. Typical applications include unitized and stick curtain wall fabrication, mounting and connection holes in industrial aluminum profiles, and general architectural aluminum processing.
