Q: What is your delivery time?
A: We adopt the production mode of advance payment for production and balance payment before shipment. Standard equipment takes 7–15 working days, and customized equipment takes 15–30 working days according to project complexity.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: We mainly adopt T/T payment terms. Production starts after receiving the advance payment, and shipment will be arranged after the balance payment is confirmed.
Q: What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
A: We support 1 set MOQ. Both single machine purchase and full production line customized orders are acceptable.
Q: Do you support OEM and customized machine design?
A: Yes, full OEM and non-standard customization is supported. Our engineers with nearly 30 years of industry experience can customize equipment size, parameters and functions according to customers' actual production needs.
Q: How many days does equipment installation take?
A: Our machines are designed for simple assembly and operation. We provide professional remote installation guidance, and most equipment can be installed and debugged by customers themselves within 3–7 working days.
Q: Can you send engineers for overseas on-site installation?
A: We do not provide on-site overseas installation service. Instead, we offer free professional remote installation, commissioning and lifelong technical guidance for all customers.
Q: Can your machines work in hot or cold weather conditions?
A: Our equipment has strong environmental adaptability and can operate stably at ambient temperatures of -15℃ to 45℃, adapting to most global climatic conditions.
Q: Can I buy only spare parts from you?
A: Absolutely. We provide original spare parts for all our aluminum alloy, plastic steel, curtain wall and insulated glass equipment separately for long-term after-sales support.
Q: Do you provide free spare parts?
A: We provide a complete set of free supporting spare parts for each ordered equipment. Any additional spare parts need to be confirmed in advance and charged at factory cost price.

A: Every order is equipped with complete English version installation manuals, operation videos and remote after-sales technical support documents.
Q: How do you pack the equipment for export?
A: We provide multiple professional export packaging options including standard fumigated wooden cases, which are shockproof, rust-proof and suitable for long-distance international sea and land transportation.

A: We do not arrange overseas on-site technician dispatch. Our professional technical team provides one-stop remote installation, commissioning and operational guidance for all overseas customers.
Q: Do you have annual sales target requirements for distributors?
A: We set reasonable and flexible annual sales quotas for authorized distributors based on local market conditions, with supportive incentive policies to help partners expand the market.
Q: Can I deliver goods from other suppliers to your factory for combined loading?
A: Yes, we support combined container loading service. Customers can deliver third-party accessories and goods to our factory for unified sorting and container loading before shipment.
Q: What is your factory holiday arrangement for Spring Festival?
A: Our annual Spring Festival holiday lasts about 15 days. We will arrange production in advance for all confirmed orders before the holiday to ensure on-time delivery.

A: Yes, we provide nationwide door-to-warehouse delivery service, supporting transportation to designated warehouses in Guangzhou, Shanghai and other major cities in China.

A: Sorry, we cannot provide third-party payment agency services in accordance with international financial regulations and company compliance rules.
