Manufactured by Lebulang Machine, a specialized China-based manufacturer with close to 30 years of factory experience in window and door processing machinery, this 5-axis CNC compound mitre saw is designed for cutting aluminum profiles used in cabinet frames, curtain wall facades, and architectural extrusions. The machine covers horizontal miter angles from 22.5° outward to 135° inward and vertical bevel angles from 45° to 90°, allowing compound angle cuts in a single operation.
The saw is built with two independent cutting heads — a fixed left head and a motorized right head — handling profile lengths up to 6000mm. An up-stroke radial feed mechanism combines pivoting and linear motion to maximize cutting capacity. Cutting section reaches 200mm × 200mm at 90°, powered by a 3kW sawing motor driving a Ø600mm blade.
Control is managed through an industrial CNC system with brushless servo motors across all 5 axes. A 15-inch user-friendly touchscreen supports USB and LAN data transfer for angle, length, and cutting mode programming. The system includes automatic compensation for length and angle deviation, reducing manual adjustments and material waste.
Standard configuration runs on 380V three-phase power with a working pressure of 0.6–0.8 MPa. Optional accessories include a label printer, dust collector, extended material support rack up to 8000mm, and an automatic feeding system for higher volume production.
