Working Principle
Our high quality machine uses a high-energy fiber laser beam focused into a tiny spot (0.1--0.3mm) to melt aluminum profile joints instantly. The non-contact welding process ensures deep penetration, stable weld pool, and consistent quality---ideal for 45° angle seam, middle T-shaped, and cross welding on aluminum frames.
