Working Principle

The machine adopts dual-motor synchronous linkage working mode. One motor controls the precision knurling roller to perform uniform tooth rolling on the aluminum profile groove, forming standard anti-slip tooth grooves. The other motor drives the automatic feeding and positioning mechanism to accurately deliver the PA66 thermal break strip into the profile groove. Through mechanical pressing and fitting, the thermal strip and aluminum profile are tightly combined as a whole.
