The 3+1 axis CNC end milling machine is designed for end processing of thermal break aluminum window mullions, transoms, and frame profiles. It combines fixed-angle cutting at +45°, 90°, and -45° using diamond saw blades with dual-laser drilling and scribing on both front and rear faces. Electric spindles positioned on four sides (front, rear, top, and bottom) handle drilling and milling operations in a single clamping cycle. Common applications include tenon and groove cutting, step face machining, chamfering, and notch work for high-volume aluminum door and window production lines.
The machine runs on 380V 3-phase power with a total rating of 4 kW, including a 3 kW spindle operating at 2800 rpm. Diamond blade diameters range from φ230 to φ300 mm, and maximum milling depth is 70 mm. Workable profile dimensions are up to 120 mm in width and 150 mm in height.
