This 3+2 axis CNC end milling machine is designed for high-precision end-face machining of special-shaped aluminum mullions, system window mullions, reinforced transoms, and curtain wall profiles. The spindle can tilt / rotate for multi-angle milling, allowing flat milling, stepping, notching, chamfering and end cutting in one clamping. It is an ideal solution for system window, door and façade manufacturers that need tight splice tolerances and fast profile changeover.
A 4kW high-torque spindle running at 2800 rpm accepts diamond cutters from φ250 to φ300 mm. The cast iron frame and linear guide system maintain repeatability within ±0.02 mm during batch runs. The worktable accommodates four to six profiles per cycle, and the CNC controller stores over 100 preset programs, allowing fast switching between different special-shape profiles. Operation runs through a 10-inch user-friendly touchscreen with visual programming, keeping training requirements minimal. A fully enclosed safety guard, automatic lubrication system, and rubber-protected pneumatic clamps contribute to safe, low-maintenance daily operation.
