Equipped with a high-performance Ø550 mm carbide circular saw blade, CNC servo control, and a robust pneumatic clamping system, this machine delivers clean, burr-free cuts with exceptional repeatability. 1. High-Precision 45°/90° Cutting

Quick-switch saw head positioning for 45° mitre and 90° square cuts. Pneumatic angle lock ensures the head stays firmly in position during the cutting cycle. Cutting accuracy: ±0.05 mm.

2. Ø550 mm Carbide Blade

Fitted with a premium carbide-tipped circular saw blade (Ø550 × 30 mm bore), delivering clean, burr-free cuts on aluminum, UPVC, and thin-wall steel profiles. Blade guard with automatic closing for safety.

3. CNC Servo Control

7" color touchscreen interface with intuitive menu. Operators can store cutting programs, set cut quantities, and monitor production data in real time. G-code compatible.

4. Pneumatic Clamping System

Dual vertical and horizontal pneumatic clamps secure the profile firmly from all sides, preventing shifting and ensuring cut squareness. Clamping pressure is adjustable to suit delicate UPVC and thin aluminum sections.

5. Robust Machine Body

Heavy-duty welded steel frame with vibration-damping design. The rigid construction ensures long-term cutting stability and extends blade life even under continuous operation.

6. Clean & Safe

Full-enclosure safety guard with transparent viewing window. Automatic blade lubrication mist system reduces friction and heat. Chip collection drawer for easy maintenance.
