Control and Energy Use

- Variable frequency drive: The main conveyor motor is inverter-driven, with speed adjustable from 0 to 8 m/min. This allows the operator to match the feed rate to the required cleaning intensity and the downstream process speed.
- Installed power: Total power consumption is 15 kW, distributed across brush motors, water pumps, heating elements, and the air knife blower. Energy use is reduced in standby mode when no glass is detected on the conveyor.
Low-E and Coated Glass Handling
- Adjustable brush pressure: The brush height and contact pressure can be reduced for sensitive Low-E or coated glass surfaces. Soft-bristle brush sets are available as an option. This allows the machine to clean coated glass without removing or degrading the functional layer, provided the correct parameters are set.
