This 4000 CNC drilling & milling machine is purpose-built for precision machining of thermal break aluminum, UPVC/PVC profiles, industrial aluminum extrusions, and curtain wall / facade systems. With a 4000 mm working length, it handles lock slot milling, water drain hole drilling, hardware holes, and end-face milling in one efficient setup.

Available in two configurations — a single-spindle model for compact workshops and a double-head dual-motor model for simultaneous machining and higher throughput — this machine adapts to fabricators of every scale.


Main Features

  • 3-axis full servo CNC linkage: X, Y, and Z axes are driven by AC servo motors with ball screws. Smooth motion across the 1500 mm X-axis travel supports consistent positioning accuracy along the full length of the profile.
  • Optional 180° servo flip table: The worktable can rotate from -90° through 0° to +90° under servo control. This allows three-sided profile machining — top, front, and back — without unclamping the workpiece. Deep holes can be drilled by flipping the profile and continuing from the opposite face, which helps maintain hole straightness on thicker sections.
  • High-speed spindle: A 3.5 kW air-cooled spindle motor delivers speeds from 0 to 18,000 rpm, suitable for aluminum cutting tools. A double-spindle configuration (3.5 kW × 2) is available as a factory option for operations that benefit from running two tools sequentially without a tool change.
  • Extended travel range: Y-axis travel of 300 mm and Z-axis travel of 280 mm provide clearance for milling on wider profiles and deeper pockets. The X-axis stroke can be customized from 1000 mm to 2000 mm when ordering.
