The CNC Circular Saw for Industrial Aluminum Profiles is manufactured at Lebulang Machine's Jinan, China facility, which has been producing aluminum and PVC processing equipment since 1996. The saw is supplied factory-direct and can be configured to OEM and ODM specifications. It is a fully servo-driven CNC saw available in three blade diameter options — Φ455 mm, Φ500 mm, and Φ550 mm — with a main motor rated at 5.5 kW or 7.5 kW. The X-axis feed can cut profiles from 350 mm to 6500 mm in standard configuration, with longer travel available as an option. Maximum cutting cross-section is 210 mm wide by 320 mm high. Standard cutting angles are 90° and ±45° mitre cuts, with an optional CNC arbitrary angle module that covers 22.5° to 157.5°. Positioning accuracy is specified at ±0.05 mm. The saw is controlled through an imported PLC with a 10-inch touchscreen, and pneumatic clamps secure the workpiece from both vertical and horizontal directions during the cut.

How the Saw Operates

The CNC Circular Saw for Industrial Aluminum Profiles operates with a servo-driven feed axis that positions the profile under the saw blade according to the length entered on the touchscreen. The operator loads the aluminum extrusion onto the input roller table, selects the cutting program from memory or enters new dimensions, and starts the cycle. Pneumatic clamps engage from both vertical and horizontal directions to hold the profile against the reference stops. The saw head, equipped with a gas-liquid damping cylinder, descends through the material with a controlled feed rate to produce a square, burr-free cut. An atomized cutting fluid spray cools the blade and workpiece during the cut. After the blade retracts, the clamps release and the servo feed advances the profile to the next cut position. The standard configuration cuts at 90° and ±45°. With the optional CNC angle module, the saw head rotates to any angle between 22.5° and 157.5° under program control.


Key Components

  • Servo feed axis: An AC servo motor drives the X-axis ball screw for profile positioning. Positioning accuracy is ±0.05 mm, with repeat cutting tolerance within ±0.1 mm. Standard feed travel handles cut lengths from 350 mm to 6500 mm.
  • Saw head assembly: A 5.5 kW or 7.5 kW motor drives a tungsten carbide circular saw blade at 2800 rpm. The gas-liquid damping cylinder controls the vertical feed rate to match the material thickness and blade loading.
  • Pneumatic clamping system: Dual vertical and horizontal clamps with soft jaws hold the profile against the back fence and table. Clamping force is adjustable through the air pressure regulator set between 0.5 and 0.8 MPa.
  • CNC controller and touchscreen: An imported PLC paired with a 10-inch multi-language touchscreen handles program storage, length input, angle selection, and cycle control. USB and network connectivity are supported for program transfer.
  • Cooling lubrication system: An automatic atomized cutting fluid system applies a mist of lubricant to the blade and cutting zone. This reduces friction, extends blade life, and helps produce a clean cut surface.
  • Safety enclosure: A fully enclosed blade guard covers the cutting area. An emergency stop button and collision protection sensor stop the machine if an obstacle is detected in the blade path.
