Working Principle

This 1200 Horizontal Insulated Glass Washing and Drying Machine adopts fully automatic continuous conveying operation. Glass is horizontally fed into the cleaning chamber, pre-wetted to loosen dirt, then comprehensively scrubbed by 3 pairs of high-density nylon brushes. Afterwards, 2 pairs of high-absorption sponge rollers squeeze out most surface residual water.

The glass then enters the drying zone, where circulating hot air evaporates tiny moisture and high-pressure air knives thoroughly remove edge water mist. The static removal system prevents secondary dust adsorption. Controlled by an intelligent PLC panel, the whole process is stable and simple to operate. The finished glass is completely dry and ready for immediate butyl coating and IG assembly.
