Instead of welding and cleaning in separate steps, the machine completes both actions in one automatic cycle. Four quenched alloy cutters trim the weld bead from both sides of the joint as the profile cools, leaving colored, co-extruded, and laminated UPVC/PVC surfaces smooth without visible weld lines. An Omron PLC manages heating time, pressing time, and cooling time through a color touchscreen, keeping joint size and strength consistent across production runs. After cleaning, an automatic blowing function removes the cut slag from the work area, cutting down on manual cleanup between cycles.
