The four welding heads operate independently or in combination, covering angles from 30° to 180°. A constant-temperature heating plate and constant-pressure pressing cycle deliver uniform weld strength and flatness across each joint. Integrated seam-cleaning cutters built into the clamps trim the weld bead during the same cycle, so a separate finishing step is unnecessary. The clamping system is designed to handle ordinary white profiles, co-extruded colored profiles, and film-coated profiles while minimizing surface damage such as film tearing or blistering. Weld seam thickness is adjustable from 0.2 mm to 2 mm.
Welding parameters are stored and recalled via a PLC interface. Linear guide rails carry the moving components to maintain positioning accuracy across frame sizes from 400 mm to 4500 mm. Maximum profile section capacity is 120 × 120 mm. The machine operates on a 380V three-phase supply, draws 4.5 kW, and requires 0.5–0.8 MPa air pressure.
