This double-head cutting saw is built for PVC, UPVC, and vinyl window and door profiles, with light aluminum cutting also possible. The two saw heads are arranged on a common bed and can pivot between 45° and 90°, operating in three selectable modes: independent, simultaneous, or combined. A CHINT PLC manages the control sequence, and the blade feed follows a backward-forward cutting cycle designed to leave ends clean enough that secondary trimming is usually unnecessary.

The drivetrain combines a 2.2 kW motor with a gearbox and bearing set chosen for steady, low-failure-rate operation during continuous shifts.
