The Lebulang brand 100mm*3500mm Two Heads Aluminum Window Door Corner Combining Machine (also called double-head corner crimping machine) is a semi-automatic hydraulic unit designed for 90° corner crimping of aluminum profiles in window and door production. It finishes two corners in one cycle, supports profile width up to 100mm and max frame length 3500mm, ideal for medium-to-large batch manufacturing of high-strength aluminum frames.our factory is in China.
Designed for 90° corner crimping of aluminum window and door frames, this double-head hydraulic unit completes two corners in a single cycle. Profile width capacity reaches 100 mm, and the maximum frame length accommodated is 3500 mm. The minimum frame size is 450 × 450 mm, covering both standard and moderately oversized assemblies.
The hydraulic system delivers a rated pressure between 15 and 18 MPa, producing consistent crimping force for tight, gap-free corner joints. Two heads operate simultaneously, which cuts cycle time compared with single-head alternatives. Pneumatic clamps engage before crimping begins, applying pre-tension that holds the profile in place and helps prevent distortion during the joining process.
Positioning and tooling adjustments are mechanical. Inner and outer locating blocks shift vertically, and the crimping knives can be repositioned front to back as well as left to right. This range of movement allows the machine to adapt to different profile cross-sections without requiring dedicated tooling for each shape. Linear guides carry the moving assemblies, maintaining corner combining accuracy within ±0.1 mm and seam error below 0.15 mm.
The unit runs on a 380V three-phase supply and draws 1.5 kW of power. A 20L hydraulic oil tank supports the crimping circuit, and the working air pressure stays between 0.5 and 0.8 MPa. Typical uses include casement, sliding, and thermal-break window frames, aluminum door panel assembly, and 90° mullion or transom joining in curtain wall fabrication. The machine footprint measures 1200 × 1100 × 1300 mm.
